We live in the middle of our orchard. Being pollinator friendly, we do not use artificial pesticides and leave plenty of wildflowers for Little Honey’s bees kept on our farm. Apples, pears, plums, and apricots bloom and fruit throughout the season. Warm summers favour the flavour of our apricots and plums and cool summers favour the flavours of our apples and pears.
